Messil käidud ja nüüd on aeg kokkuvõtete tegemiseks. Milline näeb välja kordaläinud mess ja kuidas seda hinnata? Mismoodi teada, kas antud messil tasub ka järgmine kord osaleda ning kuidas presenteerida messi tulemusi juhtkonnale?
Messist on vaja kokkuvõte teha. See on heaks tagasisideks personaliosakonnale, vajalikuks ülevaateks järgmistele messidele minekul ning oluliseks peegelduseks juhtkonnale.
Olen kokku pannud hunniku küsimusi, millele vastates saad messist päris hea ja põhjaliku kokkuvõtte. Suhtle kindlasti kõikide messil osalenud meeskonnaliikmetega, küsi nende arvamust, hoiakut ja suhtumist nii konkreetselt sellesse messi kui ka üleüldiselt messidel osalemisse. Julge uurida meeldinud ja mitte meeldinud asjade kohta ning palu ausat tagasisidet.
Messi kokkuvõttesse lisa ka fotosid messistendist ja ettevõtet esindanud personalist ning jagatavast reklaammaterjalist.
Küsimused kokkuvõtte tegemiseks:
- Millal mess toimus ja kus?
- Mitmendat korda antud messil osalesime?
- Kes oli sihtrühm?
- Kas oodatud sihtrühm vastas tegelikkusele?
- Kes meie meeskonnast olid messil kohal?
- Milline oli messiboksi väljanägemine (kirjeldus + fotod, inventari kirjeldus)?
- Kui palju kontakte kogusime?
- Kui palju CV’d kogusime?
- Palju umbes reklaammaterjali jagasime?
- Kui suur oli messi külastajate arv?
- Milline oli inimeste teadlikus ja suhtumine meie ettevõttesse (subjektiivne hinnang messi ajal inimestega suhtlemisest)?
- Kui suurt huvi tunti pakutavate ametikohtade vastu (subjektiivne hinnang messil osalenud personali poolt)?
- Milline oli kõige nõutum ametikoht (subjektiivne hinnang taaskord)?
- Mis oli iga kontakti umbkaudne hind (kõik kulud seoses messiga / saadud kontaktide arv)?
- Mida järgmine kord võiks teistmoodi teha nii boksi välimuse, esindava personali või jagatava materjali osas?
- Mitu punkti annaksime messi edukusele ise 10 palli skaalal? 1- täiesti läbikukkunud, 10- üliedukas.
Koosta nende küsimustele tuginedes üks põhjalik dokument, mille saadad laiali kinnitamiseks nii messil osalenud personalile ja pärast seda juhtkonnale. Messi aruandlus võiks toimuda lisaks kirjalike materjalide saatmisele kindlasti ka suuliselt, et saaksid jagada vahetut emotsiooni, tuua näiteid ja näidata ka tehtud fotosid.
